Technical:

1. What is the cut-out size of your products?

Vertical Powerdock: 80mm hole
Horizontal Powerdock: depends on the configuration, in general: 74mm base plus 50mm for each power socket and 25mm for each spacer/data connection determines the length. The width is always 132mm. Minimal cut-out sizes, radius for cut-out r=15mm max.

2. How are the cables mounted?

The cables are added separately to each shipment.
The Power sockets of our products have a 3pole connector (GST18 type) that can connect to a mains power cable or an interconnecting cable.
The advantage of this is that the choice of cable length can be made for stock products.
The data cables can be simply clipped into the back of the units.
Generally we have 3m and 5m power cables in stock.
Data cables are also in stock CAT5e and CAT6, also in 5m and 3m.
We also have inline couplers for the data; this enables the end-user to connect their own patch cables.

3. Are your products approved?

The power system used in our products is approved by various bodies, such as TÜV and BSI.

4. Do you install these products?

Installation is not included in the price, we are mainly a distributor.
We can however quote for installation if so desired.

5. What are your standard configurations?

We generally have stock of the following products:

6. Which types of socket can you deliver?

We can basically provide all mains sockets of the world.
As we are the European distributor, we mainly provide European sockets.

7. How do your cables connect?

Normally our products are provided with a 3pole GST type connector.
At request we can also provide ST type connectors or hardwiring.

8. Do I have a choice of socket rotation?

Yes, our sockets can be rotated at any angle in steps of 15degrees. This can not be done after production, so the rotation has to be known before ordering.

9. where do the cables go out the units?

The cables can exit the products anywhere but we do have standard exit points.

10. Can you supply special units?

Yes, we can supply customized units to fit VGA USB etc.
Also we have supplied custom built in parts, such as circuit breakers.
We have also provided special colors.

11. Can I install my own data cables?

Yes, but please be cautious when ordering, our data faceplates are Keystone standard.
That will be supplied if nothing is mentioned.
Avaya/Panduit/Nordex etc. we need to know so we can provide the correct faceplates.
We can also provide inline couplers for our products that allow for the use of patch cables (RJ45 connection).

1. How can I order your products?

Ordering can be done by Fax or E-mail describing products and configuration. If you are ordering your first order we require your complete company address, full company name and your VAT number.
Also a reference or purchase order number from your company is needed.

2. What is the average lead-time for your products?

The lead-time for standard products from is 2-5 days anywhere in Europe.
For products outside the standard, the lead-time is 4-5 weeks from order.

3. Is there a minimal order quantity?

There is no standard minimal order quantity.
In some cases we can offer lower prices, for a commitment to a minimal order quantity or size.

4. What are the delivery charges?

Within the EU we do not charge delivery costs for normal shipping (average of 2-3 working days). For 24hr. service we will charge at cost.

5. Do you sell to private parties or just companies?

As we are a distributor, we mainly sell to companies.

6. What is the price of your products?

The price depends on a lot of things.
Most important is the configuration, it is easy to understand that a unit with 6 power sockets is more expensive than a unit with 2 power sockets.
Our prices are also based on a discount system.

We are the distributor for Europe and we currently don’t have local sales representatives.
